Autopsy Reveals Fetus Found In Johnson City 15 Weeks Old

A preliminary autopsy report indicates a fetus found at a waste water treatment facility in Johnson City was fifteen weeks old. The fetus was discovered by a worker at the intake area of the plant located on Riverview Drive. The death has been ruled intrauterine as there were no signs of air in the lungs or stomach.
