Court Date Set for Couple Indicted in Walmart Shooting
A court date has been set for the couple charged with the shooting death of man in the parking lot of the Bristol, TN Walmart. Ashley and Michael Strouth will appear in Sullivan County Criminal Court on April 6th after be accused of killing Michael Heatherly last September. Heatherly was Ashley Strouth’s ex-husband. The duo are facing charges of first-degree murder and murder conspiracy. An idictment from a grand jury points to Michael Strouth as the shooter and show the couple purchasing a rifle and ammo used in the shooting. It also shows the couple researching how to avoid getting caught. A motive has not been established at this point.
