New Law In Virginia Could Mean Lower Prescription Costs

A new law in Virginia could mean lower prescription costs for consumers in the Commonwealth…The new law strips away some of the red tape that previously may have led to some paying more for their medicines. Sometimes it is cheaper to buy medications out of pocket. However, pharmacists were not allowed to tell patients this because of contractual obligations. The new law eliminates those restrictions and goes into effect in January of next year.
