Former High School Student Bound Over After Making Threats

A 19 year old Kingsport man accused of threatening to shoot up Dobyns-Bennett High School now has his case bound over to a Sullivan County Grand Jury. 19 year old Mark Puckett, was arrested after investigators say they found alarming text messages against the school and threats to kill his own family. The former Dobyns-Bennett student is charged with felony false reporting and harassment. Puckett is scheduled to be in court again on April 20th.
