Long Time Dobyns-Bennett SRO Passes Away Tragically on Vacation

Long time School Resource Officer at Dobyns-Bennett High School, Sean Cornett, passed away Tuesday in a tragic accident while vacationing in Aruba. Cornett was also a veteran Police Officer with the Kingsport Police Department. In a release from the Kingsport Police Department they ask for everyone to keep his loved ones in your thoughts and prayers during this extremely difficult time of grief.
