Rat Droppings Found In a Local Dominoes Pizza Dough

A photo taken at a local restaurant that has gone viral of what seems to be rat droppings on raw pizza dough sprung health inspectors into action. The restaurant in question is Dominoes located at 2694 Boones Creek Road in Gray, TN. Inspectors visited the facility Wednesday and were able to verify 14 trays of dough contaminated with the rodent droppings as well as the floors and shelving. The contaminated trays were immediately discarded. Area management reportedly told inspectors that the exterminator normally visits nights. Inspectors verified seeing rodent traps and invoices for those services. Additionally management has called in exterminators in the mornings of May 1st and 2nd.
