Elizabethton Hires New City Manager

The City of Elizabethton now has a new city manager. Thursday night, city council voted to hire Daniel Estes to run the day to day operations of city government. Estes comes from Collierville, Tennessee where he was assistant town manager. The Council also approved to spend 150 thousand dollars to renovate the historic Bonnie Kate Theatre.
