Strangers park in Johnson City homeowner’s driveway, leads to arrests on drug charges
Two strangers parked in woman’s drive way early Monday morning lead to two men’s arrests on drug charges.
The homeowner called Johnson City police to report the men in her driveway at about 3:30am. When police arrived, they found 20 year old Jackson Pohto and 28 year old Delmar Mack III in the vehicle smoking marijuana.
After a search, police determined the two had met for a drug sale. Marjuana and a prescription narcotic were found.
Pohto and Mach are being charged with manufacture, delivery and sale of a schedule four and schedule six drug, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and simple possion/casual exchange.
Both are being held in the Washington County Detention Center on $10,000 bonds. Their arraignment was set for Tuesday in Sessions Court.
