Tazewell Shooting Suspects Caught in West Virginia

The two suspects wanted for a shooting in Tazewell have been captured. The pair had been on the run since Sunday.

29-year-old Ashley Lynn Mayfield and 29-year-old Terry Jame Bandy were caught in Vallscreek, West Virginia according to the Sheriff’s Office.

The suspects were reportedly held by members of the community until officers arrived on scene.

Authorities say Mayfield and Bandy shot a man in Baptist Valley near Oak Ridge Road.
