Eight Month Old Infant Found Dead In Elizabethton Investigation Underway

Police in Elizabethton are investigating the death of an eight month of baby. Rescue workers were called to Lynn Ridge Apartments on Bluefield Avenue where they found the baby in cardiac arrest. The mother of child awoke to find the baby unresponsive and not breathing. An autopsy on the child is being performed to determine the exact cause of death. Police say no arrests have been made and no other information will be released at this time.
