Four Charged With Attempted Murder To Appear In Carter County Court

Four Carter County residents…all charged with attempted murder are scheduled to appear in court Wednesday. 31 year old Kasey Miller, 20 year old Matthew Duane Dye, 38 year old Ross Bee kelly, and 41 year old Michael Todd Silcox are accused of having a victim beaten and stabbed for stealing their drugs. Court records indicate Kasey Miler, was seen on video tape striking the victim with a baseball bat. The video then shows a male suspect apparently stabbing the victim several times in the neck.
