Sullivan School Board Votes To Use Any Unused Funds For New School

The Sullivan County School Board is meeting Thursday to consider, in a called session the low bid of just under 61 million dollars earmarked for the new West Ridge High School near Blountville. Earlier this week, the board agreed to put aside any unused money from the 2017-2018 operating budget to be spent on the new school. It’s not known at this time what amount of unused funding is available.
