A commercial deal in the makings in Bristol Virginia may bring new life to the struggling Falls Retail Development site on Lee Highway’s exit 5. A development company has plans to build a new eight thousand plus square foot retail establishment directly across from the Falls. Retail recruitment efforts are already underway, but no word yet on when any actual development will begin.
