Jonesborough Man Already Indicted On Sex Charges…Arrested Again For Contacting Juvenile Victim

A Washington County Tennessee man already accused and indicted on a major sex case has reportedly tried to contact a juvenile while he was out on bond. 40 year old James A. Neal of Jonesborough, was arrested Tuesday after apparently violating an order to stay away from the juvenile victim. Neal is being held on two counts of rape by an authority figure and one count of incest.
