Customers Of Appalachian Power In Virginia Will See Rate Reduction
It’s not a lot…but its a reduction…customers of Appalachaian Power in Virginia who use one thousand kilowatt hours a month will see a reduction in their electric bill beginning next month. The power utility says an interim rate reduction connected to the Federal Tax Cuts and Jobs Act will equal just under a five dollar reduction for customers. Appalachian Power rates are now 17 percent below the national average.
