Carter County Deputy Fired…Allegations Of Violation Of Use Of Force…Inappropriate
A Carter County Sheriff’s Deputy…previously fired from his former job with the Washington County, Tennessee Sheriff’s Department for violations of use of force…has been terminated from his current job with the Carter County Sheriff’s Department for similar accusations. Deputy Nick Andes’ problems began back in the spring when he was accused of throwing a ten year old boy to the ground. A grand jury decided not to bring charges against Andes. But, now the Carter County Sheriff’s Department fired Andes saying their own investigation concerning the matter deemed Andes conduct in the incident as inappropriate.
