Complaint Of Election Rules Violations Deemed Unfounded

A complaint filed against a Washington County, Tennessee Mayoral candidate for alleged violations of elections laws has been dismissed as unfounded. The complaint against candidate Joe Grandy shows a picture of Grandy within the one hundred foot boundary of the Jonesborough Courthouse. Grandy was at the Courthouse on county business. The complaint was deemed unfounded by interim First Judicial District Attorney General Ken Baldwin.
