Bristol to Host Job Fair for Displaced Workers of Bristol Compressors
With the imminent closure of Bristol Compressors Bristol, Virginia will hold a job fair for those layed off when the manufacturer shuts it’s doors.
More than 400 workers will be impacted. The plany has been operating in Bristol for over four decades. The layoffs come from market challenges.
The job fair will be held on August 28th at the Holiday Inn on Linden Drive in Bristol. It will run from 9 am to 6 pm.
