Man To Be Arraigned On Kidnapping And Rape Charges

A man is to be arraigned today in Washington County on aggravated kidnapping and rape charges. 37 year old Robert Oliver was arrested after being accused of sexually assaulting an adult female last week Wesley Street and then preventing her from leaving . The victim was treated at a local hospital. Oliver is being held on a 50 thousand dollar bond.
