Kingsport Police Searching For Man Considered Armed And Dangerous After Stabbing Incident

Kingsport Police are searching for a man considered armed and dangerous after he apparently stabbed his own brother. 50 year old Charles Kimball Hughs is wanted for attempted second degree murder and aggravated assault after investigators say he stabbed his brother multiple times in the head and torso. Police were searching the Oak Drive Circle area of the city for Hughs where the incident took place around five pm Wednesday. Hugh’s has blonde hair with blue eyes, is five feet seven inches tall and weighs 150 pounds.
