Johnson City To Sell Millennium Center To ETSU

East Tennessee State University is purchasing Johnson City’s Millennium Center. Thursday night, Board of Commissioners voted in favor of selling the property for just over five point eight million dollars to the university, located across the street from the conference and convention center. ETSU is building a new performing arts center next to the Millennium and officials with both the school and the city believe the sale will be a positive development for economic growth in the Johnson City.
