Kingsport Woman Receives Eight Years For Third DUI Charge

A Kingsport woman is headed to prison on a DUI charge which she picked up while driving to a Scott County Jail to begin serving time on a previous DUI offense. Rachel Eaves latest DUI comes after Scott County deputies stopped her for eradic driving on U, S. Highway 23. Eaves admitted to being drunk and her blood alcohol content level was almost three times the legal limit. Eaves Latest transgression was her third in five years.
