Hampton Man Charged With Second Degree Murder
A Hampton, Tennessee man has been identified as the alleged shooter in a weekend death in Carter County, and is now charged with second degree murder. Carter authorities say 64 year old Steve Mack Miller was arrested in connection with the shooting that occurred Friday afternoon in Carter County at a McDonald’s near Highway 19E. Sheriff Deputies arrested Miller at the scene of the shooting. Miller is being held on a four hundred thousand dollar bond and is scheduled to appear in court September 24.
