Chuckey-Doak High School Mourning Loss of Junior Student-Athlete in Car Accident
Chuckey-Doak High School is in mourning after the death of junior student Jaymen Price who was killed in a car crash over the weekend.
Price was killed when he was ejected from a vehicle driven by 19-year-old Cameron Hamm. Hamm also sustained serious injuries in the wreck. According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol the car left Snapps Ferry Road and went airborne. It’s reported the teen was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
A commemortaion service is scheduled for Wednesday beginning at 7 p.m. at 1005 Quaker Knob Road in Chuckey. Donations will be accepted at the event to help Jaymen’s family with funeral expenses.
