Scott County Woman Gets Two Years For Child Abuse And Neglect

She was accused of not getting necessary aid for her baby who was found with serious burns is now headed to prison. 28 year old Brittany Paige Sloan will serve two years in prison for abuse and neglect in a case that occurred this past summer. The 11 month old child was brought to a Kingsport hospital with first and second degree burns. Robert Scott, charged with child abuse and neglect is ready serving a five year prison sentence for his role.
