Bristol Tennessee Man Accused Of Forging And Stealing Thousands Of Dollars From Elderly Victim

A Bristol Tennessee man already in jail, is now accused of stealing nearly four thousand dollars from an elderly person following a lengthy investigation. 40 year old Marcus Hale allegedly forged, then stole several checks from the elderly victim last spring. The investigation reveals Hale is indicted for forging his name on the victim’s checks totaling three thousand six hundred and forty one dollars. Hale is already serving time in Sullivan County for aggravated child abuse, aggravated domestic assault, and domestic assault.
