Man Charged with Murder in Connection with Death of Colonial Heights Girl

A man has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of a 4-year-old girl in Colonial Heights.

28-year-old Cody Webb has been charged with aggravated child neglect, aggravated child abuse and now first-degree murder.

Webb has been behind bars since August 24 after a Sullivan County Grand Jury Indicted him for tampering with evidence in the case.

He is being held in the Sullivan County Jail on a $250,000 bond.
