Regions High Schools Score High On This Years ACT Tests
Seven of twelve area school systems in Northeast Tennessee have all scored above the states ACT score of twenty point two percent. Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, Elizabethton city schools and Washington County schools saw their average scores in English, Math, and Science increase over 2017 figures. The results also show more than 14 more Tennessee public school graduates became eligible fo rthe HOPE scholarships by earning composite scores of 21 or higher.
