Amber Alert Lifted…Missing 17 Year Old Girl Found Safe…Suspect In Custody

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is reporting a missing 17 year old east Tennessee girl is safe and the man accused of abducting her is now in custody. Haley Brandenburg was last seen last week at a Rockwood Tennessee Walmart, Rockwood is just west of Knoxville. Police immediately identified 31 year old Robert Garren as the man who drove Haley away in a Honda Odyssey that was later found abandoned in Chattanooga. Brandenburg was found safe in Henry County, Georgia. Garren remains in custody awaiting a preliminary hearing.
