Mount Carmel House Fire Leaves Two People Homeless

A Wednesday afternoon house fire in Mount Carmel Tennessee has left two people without a home. Firemen responded to the house on Kaywood Avenue just after twelve pm. Mount Carmel, Goshen Valley and Carter’s Valley fire departments all responded and were able to extinguish the blaze but not before it destroyed the home as a total loss. Two people and two dogs live in the dwelling. While no injuries were reported one of the family’s dogs is still missing. The investigation is ongoing.
