Southwest Virginia Man Dead…Three Others Injured In Head On Crash

A southwest Virginia man is dead and three others injured after a head on crash in Dickenson County, Virginia. State Police say 54 year old Joey Oquinn of Haysi was driving a Volkswagen Jetta on State Route 83 when the vehicle crossed the center line and collided head on with another oncoming vehicle. Oquinn was taken to Dickenson County Community Hospital where he later died. The driver of the other vehicle and two passengers were treated for minor injuries.
