Bristol Virginia City Council Votes To Reject 37 Million Dollar Super School Project
There will not be a new super school built near exit seven in Bristol Virginia. Council members last night, by a three to two margin rejected a proposed 37 million dollar super school project. The new building would have been located along interstate 81 near exit seven and would have closed three elementary schools and renovated Van Pelt Elementary. The vote was held following a joint meeting between the council and the Bristol Virginia School Board Monday night.
