Bristol Police Arrest Man Wanted In Bristol Stabbing Incident

Police in Bristol, Tennessee have arrested a man who was on the loose wanted in connection to a stabbing in the parking lot of a store. Ricky Hatfield is accused of stabbing the man Thursday in the parking lot of a Dollar General Store on West State Street. The victim received non life threatening stab wounds to the neck. Hatfield is charged with attempted second degree murder and aggravated assault. Police believe the stabbing occurred after an altercation over a female.
