Kingsport Leaders And Ballad Health To Meet This Evening…Discuss Trauma Care Center Controversy

Kingsport leaders are meeting this evening face to face with Ballad Healthcare officials in an effort to find out more about the healthcare providers plans to reorganize the regions Level One trauma care centers down to a Level Three. That has gained the attention of board members as well as the pubic. This evening a pubic hearing is being held to allow board members to ask more questions about Ballad’s plan of reorganization. Questions pre submitted from the public will also be presented to Ballad represenatives. The meeting is scheduled for seven pm at the Downtown Higher Ed Center on Market Street.
