Autistic Teen Found Safe In Kingsport

A sixteen year old autistic teenage boy has been found safe after wandering away from his Kingsport home in the dark on Monday evening. Sixteen year old Austin Hurd wandered away from his Cooks Valley home sometime after seven Monday night. The Sullivan County Sheriffs Department and other local agencies searched for Austin and found his safe, less than five miles from his home at a cemetary on Memorial Boulevard. Hurd also went missing from his home back in July and May.
