Rough terrain and the after affects of a huge snow storm is making things tough on AEP officials as they continue to work to restore power to roughly 62 percent of customers in Scott County, Virginia. John Shepelwich is with AEP.

Meanwhile, power was expected to be restored Tuesday night for customers in Glade Spring, Grundy, and Lebanon Virginia. Clintwood and Gate City should have power by Wednesday night and officials hope to have power restored to about five thousand residents in Kingsport by Thursday night.
