Tennessee Governor Elect Bill Lee Shows Strong Support In Recent Poll
Tennessee Governor Elect Bill Lee carried Northeast Tennessee in November’s election as expected and now the businessman, with no political background is riding a strong 57 percent approval rating a month before he is inaugurated according to a recent poll conducted by Nashville’s Vanderbilt University. The polls finds Lee will have support for some of his initiatives, including expansion of Vocational Training in Tennessee schools. The poll also showed for the first time healthcare has replaced the economy and education as Tennesseans top priority for state government.
