Southwest Virginia Armed Robbery Suspect Arrested In Georgia…Holds Wife And Daughter At gunpoint

A Buchanan County man accused in Virginia of numerous charges including carjacking and felony robbery is arrested in Georgia and charged with Kidnapping after holding his wife and daughter at gunpoint before his arrest. 36 year old Brandon Deel of Davenport Virginia in Buchanan County was arrested in the middle of Interstate 75, while holding his wife and daughter at gunpoint following a pursuit by authorities in Catoosa County Georgia. Deel was wanted in Virginia after he carjacked a vehicle in Washington County and then fled the area. Deel is being held in the Catoosa County Georgia Sheriff’s Office Jail.
