Juvenile At Southwest Virginia High School Charged With Weapon On Campus

Investigators say a social media post by a student at Wise Central High School results in the discovery of a knife and toy gun . The student was called to the office after the post was revealed to the school administrators. The juvenile had the knife in his backpack and a toy gun in his waistband of his pants. He is charged with two counts of possession of a weapon on school property. He was taken to a juvenile detention facility. School officials say there were not threats made and no one was harmed.
