Single Vehicle Crash In Carter County Claims Life Of Elizabethton Man

A single vehicle crash in Carter County has claimed the life of an Elizabethton man. The Tennessee Highway Patrol says 62 year old James A Buckles died after his car lost control in a curve on Blue Springs Road Wednesday morning and overturned and landed upside down in a creek. Authorities say the Mustang’s roof collapsed, trapping Buckles inside while the car was submerged in the creek.
