Hawkins County Chase Ends in Suspect Crashing into Two Deputy Vehicles
A Hawkins County man who allegedly threw methamphetamine out of his car window during a 100 mph chase was finally arrested after crashing his vehicle into two Hawkins County Sheriff’s Office patrol vehicles.
35-year old William Ashley Davis of Rogersville is charged with felony evading arrest, tampering with evidence as well as two probation violations.
At the time of his arrest, he was on probation from an arrest in 2017 when he led the same sheriffs department on a 105 mph chase in a stolen vehicle which ended in a crash as well. Davis is now being held in the Hawkins County Jail.
