Search Of Buchanan County Home Leads To Three Arrests On Drug Charges

Three Buchanan County residents have been arrested and charged with several drug offenses including intent to manufacture methamphetamine. Authorities arrested 41 year old Billy Joe Duty, 23 year old Cassandra K. Justice and 52 year old Angie Tester, all of Hurley on drug charges following a warrant authorizing a search of Tester’s residence. Deputies found remanence of a one pot meth lab during the search of the home. All three individuals were transported to the Southwest Virginia Regional Jail and the investigation is ongoing.
