Two-Year Old in Mountain City Struck by Stray Bullet; Transported to Knoxville for Treatment

A two year old girl is recovering after being struck in the back of the head by a stray bullet in Mountain City, Tennessee.

Ariel Salaices, 2, was playing on a play set when a stray bullet ricocheted off a metal pole and hit the toddler in the back of the head. She was flown to Knoxville for treatment of her injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
