Southwest Virginia Woman Headed To Prison For Sex Trafficking And Child Abuse Charges
A southwest Virginia woman is sentenced to 23 years in prison for sex trafficking, child abuse, and numerous other child pornography related charges. Angela Renee Dowell-Wilson pled guilty to 13 charges previously. Those charges included commercial sex trafficking and solicitation of child pornography. The investigation was conducted by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office with assistance from Virginia State Police and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
