Greeneville Woman Dies In North Carolina Head-On Crash

A Greeneville woman is dead after a head on crash in Madison County, North Carolina. 21 year old Alexandria Lewis was seriously injured and later died from her injuries she received when the pick up truck she was driving crossed the center line and crashed head-on into a tractor trailer. Troopers say speed was a contributing factor in the collision.
