Kingsport Man Arrested…Again On Human Trafficking Charges

An ongoing, investigation has resulted in the arrest of a Kingsport man, for a second time on human trafficking charges. Police arrest Zachary Felton, after a search warrant is executed by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation at his Beechwood Road home. Felton, was arrested earlier this year in a human trafficking investigation involving the TBI and Knox County investigators. Police believe Felton began trafficking women for prostitution from his home after he was released from jail. He’s being held in the Sullivan County Jail without bond.
