Child Pornography Charges Send Johnson City Man to Prison

A Johnson City man is headed to prison for five years after being sentenced recently for possessing child pornography. Tommy Wayne Riner was busted by the United States Homeland Security after investigators found streaming videos of children under the age of 12 engaged in sexual conduct. Court records indicate there were 29 videos presented as evidence in the case. Agents also found several computers and mobile devices with child pornography.
