Men Safely Rescued From Cave…Now Identified

The five men safely rescued in dramatic fashion from a Russell County cave continue to improve and have now been identified. 55 year old Mark Webb, 34 year old Anthony Webb, 55 year old David Gobble, 54 year old Jason McFaddin and 55 year old Jeff Jackson, all from Lebanon, Virginia were safely rescued by dozens of highly trained and technical cave rescuers. The men entered the cave Friday and were unable to exit after heavy rains saturated the cave. A sixth man was able to exit the cave early Sunday and called 911. The five men were all transported to hospitals for treatment of Hypothermia.
