Sunday Multi-Vehicle Accident on Highway 394 Sends One to Hospital
A three vehicle accident on Highway 394 near the Bristol Dragway results in one driver being airlifted to the hospital.
Bristol Tennessee Police say the accident occurred Sunday morning and initial findings say a vehicle traveling west on 394, crossed over the median and struck a second vehicle traveling east head-on. The vehicle hit head-on then spun around and struck a third vehicle. The driver of the vehicle hit head-on was extricated from the car and airlifted to the Johnson City Medical Center to be treated for serious injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
