Occupants Evacuated, Fire Heavily Damages Apartment In Bristol, Virginia
No injuries were reported but occupants of two apartments in Bristol Virginia had to be evacuated after fire broke out at the Rice Terrace apartment complex early Tuesday morning. All three fire stations in Bristol responded to the three thirty blaze that appeared to break through a front window of the apartment where investigators believe the fire started. Two people who were asleep at the time of the blaze had to be evacuated from their apartments as firefighters battled to contain the fire to one upstairs corner apartment. Several other apartments also received damages as well. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
